Outsource Manager / Art Producer / Art Manager | Dec 2019 – Feb 2025


Shipped Title: Ara: History Untold (PC/Xbox)

  • Manage and provide early rounds of direction 20-person in-house art team, guiding production across characters, environments, VFX, and lighting following established art guidelines.

  • Partner with Microsoft Publishing & Marketing to define product targets, streamline pipelines, and ensure assets met inclusivity, licensing, and rating standards.

  • Build strong vendor alliances, negotiate budgets, set benchmarks, provide early rounds of art direction and maintain quality, with external partners. The combination of Outsourcing and External Partnerships deliver ~90% of art content for Ara.

  • Oversaw outsource and external partner art critiques, created DevOps documentation, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time, AAA-standard asset delivery.

  • Provided hands-on final art polish to elevate in-game visuals before launch.
